This document sets out the binding terms that govern your use of the 6egame platform. Please read it carefully before registering or placing any wager.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you" or "your") and 6egame (hereinafter "6egame", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://6egame.cam.
By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 6egame platform in any capacity — including browsing, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or participating in a promotion — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. Continued use of the 6egame platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Important Notice for Pakistani Users: Online gambling is subject to national and provincial legislation in Pakistan, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 6egame does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not represent that its services are approved or licensed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani authority. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. This document does not constitute legal advice.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
The Platform is strictly available to adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to register an Account and use the Platform. 6egame will not knowingly permit minors to register or play. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement.
Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any balance and may be reported to relevant authorities. Parents and guardians are responsible for implementing appropriate access controls on devices used by minors.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or use the Platform. 6egame reserves the right to refuse, restrict or close any Account where a Player is found to be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
Specific note for Pakistani users: The legal status of online gambling in Pakistan is subject to national and provincial legislation. Meeting the 18+ age requirement does not in itself make gambling lawful in Pakistan or in any specific Pakistani city, province or territory.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple or otherwise additional Accounts — whether in your own name or the name of another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
At the time of registration and throughout the life of your Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. You must promptly notify 6egame of any changes to your registered details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms.
To access the full features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing the required information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number and, where applicable, a valid residential address. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. 6egame strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility, unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in a timely manner.
If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must contact 6egame support immediately at [email protected]. Note that this email address is for written support enquiries only — it is not a clickable link.
6egame may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to submit identity verification documents (KYC) including, but not limited to, a government-issued identity card, passport, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the stipulated period may result in Account suspension or restriction of withdrawal functionality. KYC is a standard industry practice designed to prevent fraud, money laundering and underage gambling.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 6egame grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, distribute, reproduce, modify or create derivative works of any Platform content.
6egame endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, regulatory requirements or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform unavailability.
Account balances and transaction amounts are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Odds are presented in decimal format unless otherwise specified. 6egame reserves the right to modify displayed odds up until the moment a wager is confirmed. The odds applicable to a Wager are those displayed at the time of confirmation, not at the time of browsing.
In the event of a manifest error, system malfunction or software fault that results in incorrect odds, payouts, balances or game outcomes, 6egame reserves the right to void affected Wagers and adjust Account balances accordingly, regardless of the amounts involved. A "manifest error" includes any obvious typographical, pricing or system error that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect.
Available deposit and withdrawal methods are listed in the Platform cashier and may include various payment options familiar to Pakistani users — such as local bank transfers (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah), mobile wallets (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash) and Raast instant payment — subject to availability at the time of transaction.
Payment method references (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are provided for user familiarity only. 6egame does not claim any partnership with, endorsement by or formal support from these payment providers. Availability must always be verified in the cashier at the time of transaction. Each payment provider's own terms and conditions apply to transactions made through their services.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier and may change without prior notice. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 6egame is not responsible for delays or failures caused by the payment provider's systems.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-fraud measure. 6egame reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times depend on the payment method selected and may range from near-instant to several business days.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in PKR. Any currency conversion charges arising from your payment provider's processing are your responsibility and are not borne by 6egame.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms applicable to each individual offer, including minimum deposit requirements, Wagering Requirements, maximum bet limits during active bonus play, eligible games, expiry periods and maximum cash-out limits. These terms are available on the relevant promotion page and must be read prior to claiming.
Bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Example: a PKR 2,000 bonus with a 25x Wagering Requirement requires a total of PKR 50,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal. All PKR figures in bonus terms are illustrative unless explicitly confirmed in the live promotion.
6egame reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, use of automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions, collusion between players, and any other conduct that circumvents the spirit of a promotional offer.
6egame reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already claimed and subject to active Wagering Requirements will not be retrospectively altered without reasonable notice, except in cases of fraud, abuse or technical error.
A Wager is only valid once confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference or confirmation ID is issued. In the event of internet connectivity failure or technical disruption at the time of placing a Wager, it is your responsibility to verify whether the Wager was confirmed. 6egame's records are the authoritative source for all Wager data.
Sports betting markets — including cricket (Pakistan national matches, PSL, ICC tournaments), football, UFC and other sports — are subject to event-specific rules. Markets may be suspended, voided or settled according to established sporting rules and the Platform's own sports betting rules. In the event of a conflict, the Platform's settled outcome takes precedence over unofficial third-party data or broadcast information.
Live (in-play) betting markets may be temporarily suspended without notice during periods of significant event activity. Odds available during live betting reflect real-time probabilities and may change rapidly. It is your responsibility to confirm that a live Wager has been accepted before assuming it has been placed.
A Wager may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a conclusive result; a manifest pricing error occurred; market rules were violated; or as otherwise provided for in the applicable sport's rules. Void Wagers are refunded to the Account at the original stake amount.
6egame is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion. Details of these tools are available on the Responsible Gambling page.
Gambling should be undertaken solely as entertainment and never as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses or addressing personal financial hardship. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your wellbeing, finances or relationships, please use the self-exclusion tool or contact support.
Adults Only: 6egame is for adults aged 18 and above, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Age verification is conducted at the Platform's discretion. Enabling responsible gambling tools does not constitute a waiver of the Platform's right to conduct age or identity verification.
You must not, at any time while using the Platform:
Breach of any of the above provisions may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.
All content on the 6egame Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, interface design, logos, software, game mechanics descriptions, and editorial copy — is the proprietary property of 6egame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal licence to view and use Platform content solely for the purpose of using the service as intended. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted, distributed or otherwise used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 6egame. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6egame, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.
6egame does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You acknowledge that all gaming activity involves inherent financial risk and that you assume full responsibility for any losses incurred.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 6egame support in writing at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance in your Account that is eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with the Withdrawal Conditions in Section 6.
6egame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — and to retain associated balances pending investigation — where there is reasonable suspicion of: fraud or money laundering; breach of these Terms; provision of false KYC information; access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; or any other conduct detrimental to the Platform, its users or applicable law. Notice will be provided where legally permissible and practicable.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 6egame is incorporated and licenced, as determined by the operator from time to time. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact 6egame support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated in accordance with the applicable dispute resolution procedures set out in the operator's licence terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent you from seeking legal remedies available to you under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
6egame reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect, where reasonably practicable. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.
